The rollout problem
Rollouts don't fail at headquarters. They fail at site 217.
Every rollout PM knows the pattern. The pilot goes fine. Then the program scales, the provider's coverage gets thin, and the failures start: a tech arrives without the right scope, a site gets skipped, closeout photos never show up, and your schedule slips one market at a time.
The root cause is almost always the same. Somewhere between the contract and the site, the work got handed to someone the client never vetted.
We built Zare around removing that handoff. The crew at your site is our crew. The scope in their hands came from our dispatch desk. The status you get is first-hand, because there is no one between us and the work.
Scope
Hardware we install, site after site
- Point of sale
- POS terminals and peripherals for restaurant and retail programs, installed, cabled, and confirmed live before the crew leaves.
- Network hardware
- Routers and switches racked, cabled, and powered per your standard build sheet.
- WiFi access points
- Access points mounted and cabled per placement plan, across the whole footprint.
- Cabling for new equipment
- New drops where the hardware plan needs them, tested and labeled like every other run we touch. Learn more →
- Surveillance in the same visit
- Cameras and recorders added to the rollout scope when programs bundle them.
- Site surveys before the wave
- Pathway plans and material counts per location, so the rollout schedule is built on what the buildings actually are.
We install and verify per your configuration standard. We stay in our lane: we are the field layer, and we work alongside your network team or provider, never around them.
How we run multi-site work
The mechanics of showing up right
- One dispatch desk
- Every site on your program is scheduled, tracked, and closed by the same desk, run by a named dispatcher, not a queue.
- Scoped techs
- Crews arrive with the site scope, the materials list, and the site contact. Blind dispatch is how other people's rollouts fail.
- Same standard everywhere
- Cleveland, Chicago, or Dallas, the install spec and closeout requirements are identical.
- Site-by-site closeout
- Each location is documented before it is called done, so your records match the field.

Past performance
The brands that repeat this work with us
Our rollout past performance includes a national fast-casual restaurant chain, a national pharmacy retailer, a national off-price apparel retailer, a national grocery chain, a national bookseller, and two of the largest U.S. wireless carriers. Repeat, multi-site programs, not one-off jobs.
Client agreements keep the names off this page. See where we work →
