Scope of work

What we install

If it carries voice or data through a commercial building, it is in scope.

Category cabling
Cat 5e, Cat 6, Cat 6A, and Cat 7 horizontal and backbone cabling, for new construction, retrofits, and expansions.
Fiber optics
Fiber backbone and riser runs, terminated and tested.
Voice and data racks
Rack and cabinet installation, patch panel termination, cable management, and clean dress-outs that stay clean.
MDF and IDF buildouts
Complete main and intermediate distribution frame rooms, from backboard and ladder rack to labeled cross-connects.
Pathway and support
J-hooks, cable tray, and sleeves along the routes your site survey mapped.
Site surveys first
We walk the facility and map pathways before quoting, so the estimate reflects the building instead of a floor plan. Learn more →

Closeout documentation

Anyone can pull cable. Fewer can prove it works.

The most common complaint we hear about cheap cabling shops is not the install. It is what happens after: no test results, no labels, no drawings, and a phone number that stops answering. Two years later, someone pays twice to trace what should have been documented once.

Our standard is different. Every run is tested after termination. Every jack and panel is labeled to a scheme your team can read. Every project ends with closeout documentation.

Ask for a sample closeout package before you hire anyone, including us.

  • Test results for every installed drop
  • As-built drawings your next contractor can use
  • Terminations labeled at both ends
  • Rack elevations and patch schedules
  • Photo documentation of finished work

How a project runs

From survey to signed-off

Five steps, every job, whether it is one closet or a whole campus.

  1. 1

    Site survey

We walk the facility, map pathways, and produce a labor and material estimate. No guessing from floor plans alone.

  2. 2

    Scope and schedule

You get a written scope. Our crews are scheduled through our own dispatch desk, so the date we give is a date we control.

  3. 3

    Installation

Our technicians pull, terminate, and dress the work to spec. Occupied-space work is coordinated so your people can keep working.

  4. 4

    Test and label

Every run tested. Every termination labeled to a scheme your team can read.

  5. 5

    Closeout

Documentation delivered. Punch list cleared. Then we invoice.

Past performance

Twenty years of cable, across most sectors you can name

We have built and refreshed cabling plant for a Fortune 100 bank, a national fast-casual restaurant chain, a national pharmacy retailer, two of the largest U.S. wireless carriers, a major international airline, and federal facilities including a branch of the U.S. Armed Forces.

Start with the survey.

A site survey costs you a conversation and gets you a pathway plan and a real estimate.
